StartRight provides three categories of offerings: professional consulting services, educational materials, and tangible products. Each category is subject to the conditions outlined below.

3.1 Professional Consulting Services

One-on-one sessions and advisory support on entrepreneurial matters. Sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement.

3.2 Educational Materials

Digital guides, video tutorials, and webinars designed to equip entrepreneurs with practical insights.

3.3 Tangible Products

Printed books, toolkits, and resource kits shipped to clients.

4. Enrollment and Delivery

Enrollment and delivery processes vary by category. Digital materials are accessible immediately upon confirmation. Tangible products ship within 5 business days. Consulting sessions occur at the agreed time.

5. Fees and Payment

All fees are due in full before the commencement of consulting sessions or the release of digital or physical items.

6. Reimbursement Policy

StartRight strives for client satisfaction. Reimbursement procedures differ by offering category.

6.1 Professional Consulting Services

Eligible requests within 14 days of purchase may receive full reimbursement if the session has not been delivered. To request, contact our support team. Approved requests will be processed within 30 days by the original payment method. Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 72 hours notice.

6.2 Educational Materials

Digital materials qualify for full reimbursement within 14 days of purchase provided no downloads have occurred. To initiate a request, use the contact form. Approved reimbursements are processed within 21 days.

6.3 Tangible Products

Unused products can be shipped back within 30 days of delivery. Shipping of items back is the responsibility of the purchaser. Once items are received, reimbursement will be initiated within 21 days. switches or future shipment deferrals are available upon request.

6.4 Non-Reimbursable Offerings

Customized legal packages and expedited support services are final sale. These offerings begin immediately upon agreement and are exempt from reimbursement to ensure allocation of specialist time and resources.

7. Modifications to Terms

StartRight reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms take effect upon posting at startrightlg.com.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Switzerland. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Geneva.

9. Acceptance

By engaging with any offering at startrightlg.com, the client accepts these Terms as of 2025.
